Group Business Coaching Program – Round 3

Starts 25th October 2019 – Mornington

After the success of our first two rounds, join us for our third round of our Group Coaching Program – a collaboration with MP Kickass Collective, kicking off on the 25th of October 2019.

Delivered by Lead Coach and Director of Craft Coaching and Development, Ami Summers, these monthly group coaching sessions may transform your small business by empowering you with knowledge and insight for your business.

During each monthly session, experienced and accredited coach Ami Summers will facilitate sections of Craft Coaching and Development’s business plan template for you to implement in the weeks between the sessions. Within six months, you’ll have a complete business plan and new business skills and clarity to use in your business.

Learning in a group has a number of benefits. Not only is it an affordable way to access coaching and small business support, but the group will provide an invaluable safe sounding board of support and advice.

Please note: there will be homework set between sessions in order for the business plan to be completed.

Initial Coaching Session – Friday 25th of October 2019 (10-12:30pm)

  • Purpose – are you clear about why your business exists? The bedrock of any business planning begins with answering the question of ‘why’ does your business exist
  • Business Values – values provide clarity on what your business stands for, what your audience and clients experience being a customer of yours, and what will underpin your future decisions
  • Strengths – building a business that leverages what is working, finding ways to bring your personal strengths into your business and finding that unique difference in your business that sets you apart
  • Self Leadership – learn your communication style and how to use the 4MAT tool with clients – unlock a powerful communication tool through the LTM diagnostic that will teach you about your own learning preference, and how to spot it in others to more effectively communicate with them

2nd Monthly Coaching Session – Friday 22nd November 2019 (10-11:30am)

  • Customer Profile – clarity on who you are attracting and selling to, how you’ll impact them positively and the market and environment your business operates within
  • Pricing Analysis Tool – an invaluable tool that helps you understand what to charge, and what running your business really costs you

3rd Monthly Coaching Session – Friday 13th of December 2019 (10-11:30am)

  • Introduction to your Small Business Snapshot – a plan and mini strategy for the next three years, bringing together the foundations of your business with your three areas of focus for the next three years to help you springboard from that foundation
  • Growth Horizon analysis – where do your products and services sit from a growth maturity perspective? This powerful analysis will help you see a quick snapshot of what your business offers, where you need to focus your efforts, and what parts of your business will need moving forward in terms of energy, time and investment

4th Monthly Coaching Session – Friday 7th of February 2020 (10-11:30am)

  • Small Business Snapshot – a clear map of what is important for your business in the next 1-3 years, and the actions and timeframes we need to commit to to make our goals happen
  • SOAR Goals – a strengths based version of a SWOT analysis, where we focus on what is going right, what can be amplified in the future, rather than focusing on our weaknesses or competitors
  • Goal Setting – a simple goal setting exercise where we distill the work we’ve done so far and map out our short term, medium term, long term and stretch goals

5th Monthly Coaching Session – Friday 28th of February 2020 (10-11:30am)

  • Visual Map – we bring all our work together the way creatives love to – via a visual map, that you’ll be able to refer back to quickly and easily
  • Personal Accountability – we set up measures and structures to help us achieve what we’ve set out to achieve
